All you need is one dice, and if you don\u2019t have one at home, that\u2019s okay! Get a piece of paper and cut it into 6 pieces. On one side, draw dots (1-6) OR just write the numbers 1-6. On the other side, write the following in correlation to the number. Play until each person has received every number. Let\u2019s get this Monday moving!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 \u2013 Run in place for 20 seconds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 \u2013 Touch your toes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 \u2013 Frog jump across the room and back<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 \u2013 Do arm circles for 20 seconds<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5 \u2013 Do 15 Jumping Jacks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6 \u2013 DANCE PARTY!
