Students will be looking at how foreshadowing is used by authors to create suspense. Students will be doing a reader&#8217;s theater based on the radio play &#8221; The Hitchhiker: p. 92-101. Students are expected to<strong> practice speaking their assigned part at home<\/strong> before performing with the class on Friday. It is extremely important they work on their voice giving the appropriate expression.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>There is a test retake for the Monkey&#8217;s Paw on Thursday before school.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> Next Tuesday will be our Unit Test on Narratives.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week we will be continuing our unit of narratives.
