A quiz on the story and author&#8217;s craft will be on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>In writing we will be working on the elements of a personal narrative.<\/p>\n<p>Language Arts Progress reports for all students were sent home yesterday. Please take a look at how your child is doing They should be returned, signed, by Wednesday and are worth 1 bonus point (extra credit). \u00a0Please note that if Bonus Challenge or Extra Credit Summer Reading are showing as missing that is because they didn&#8217;t do the assignments ( and they can&#8217;t now). It doesn&#8217;t hurt their grade since it is factored in as worth 0 points. Students who did then earn bonus points that can only help their grade. You should have also received your passwords and user id&#8217;s for Mi-Star this week as well.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally this week&#8217;s homework is the reading and writing challenge (see below 2 pages) and is due Monday. \u00a0Students are required to read for 20 minutes a night (4 nights) for this class as well as write 20-40 minutes ( 1-2 nights).
