Let me know if you need the link.<\/li><li>All assignments and directions will be posted on Monday morning on the blog and Google Classroom(no more emails).<\/li><li><strong>There will be no google meetings this week per the district. To support your learning, we have provided instructional videos on Google-Classroom.<\/strong><\/li><li>If you have questions, after reading all the directions, please email one of us directly. See Google Classroom. Due Friday, May 1st.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Outsiders Collage: <\/strong>Put together what you learned about&nbsp; the author, setting and novel into a Google-slide collage. See Google Classroom. Due Friday, May 8th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IXL :<\/strong>The<strong> goal is 80%<\/strong> or higher for mastery by Friday. Please note going on for 45 minutes and finishing 3 questions or 5 minutes and finishing 92 questions doesn\u2019t earn credit, as one is just letting the time run and the other is random guessing and neither meet 80% mastery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;We have assigned to you from 8th grade the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vocabulary: Q8 <\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201c<em>Words with- -able and -ible\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vocabulary: S 1 &amp; 2 <\/strong>\u201c<em>Synonyms &amp; Antonyms<\/em>\u201d<em> <\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SSR+<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Read<\/strong> daily. We suggest 30 minutes a day. You can make daily annotations on a sticky note or notebook paper. Don\u2019t let the title scare you off. The stories are quirky, little known facts about Detroit. Give it a try.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;On top of being an engineer at GM (I believe), she runs a tour company and club called Detroit History Tours and The Detroit History Club. I thought it would be cool for you to hear from someone,who once sat in the same classrooms as you. Let me know.
