class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We&nbsp;are&nbsp;excited&nbsp;to&nbsp;share&nbsp;that&nbsp;<wbr>Henry&nbsp;Ford&nbsp;Elementary&nbsp;School&nbsp;<wbr>held&nbsp;a&nbsp;wonderful&nbsp;WIDA&nbsp;<wbr>Celebration&nbsp;on&nbsp;Friday!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Last&nbsp;spring,&nbsp;54&nbsp;of&nbsp;our&nbsp;<wbr>amazing&nbsp;students&nbsp;exited&nbsp;the&nbsp;<wbr>WIDA&nbsp;Assessment,&nbsp;which&nbsp;is&nbsp;a&nbsp;<wbr>tremendous&nbsp;accomplishment.&nbsp;<wbr>Our&nbsp;students,&nbsp;teachers,&nbsp;and&nbsp;<wbr>staff&nbsp;celebrated&nbsp;this&nbsp;<wbr>achievement&nbsp;together&nbsp;on&nbsp;<wbr>Friday&nbsp;afternoon.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Attendance&nbsp;Matters<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>During&nbsp;September,&nbsp;we&nbsp;focused&nbsp;<wbr>on&nbsp;our&nbsp;September&nbsp;Sprint&nbsp;<wbr>Attendance&nbsp;Goal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Thank&nbsp;you&nbsp;to&nbsp;all&nbsp;of&nbsp;our&nbsp;<wbr>families&nbsp;for&nbsp;helping&nbsp;us&nbsp;<wbr>improve&nbsp;student&nbsp;attendance&nbsp;<wbr>during&nbsp;the&nbsp;first&nbsp;month&nbsp;of&nbsp;<wbr>school.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moving&nbsp;forward,&nbsp;our&nbsp;<wbr>Attendance&nbsp;Task&nbsp;Force&nbsp;will&nbsp;<wbr>continue&nbsp;contacting&nbsp;families&nbsp;<wbr>when&nbsp;students&nbsp;are&nbsp;absent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&nbsp;Attendance&nbsp;reports&nbsp;are&nbsp;<wbr>reviewed&nbsp;each&nbsp;Tuesday,&nbsp;and&nbsp;<wbr>our&nbsp;team&nbsp;then&nbsp;begins&nbsp;making&nbsp;<wbr>parent&nbsp;phone&nbsp;calls.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our&nbsp;school-wide&nbsp;goal&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;<wbr>2026\u20132027&nbsp;school&nbsp;year&nbsp;is&nbsp;to&nbsp;<wbr>reduce&nbsp;overall&nbsp;absenteeism&nbsp;at&nbsp;<wbr>Henry&nbsp;Ford&nbsp;Elementary&nbsp;by&nbsp;<wbr>approximately&nbsp;35\u201337%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
