INSTRUMENT RETURNS IF YOU HAVE A STOUT INSTRUMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From Monday, June 1st through Friday, June 5th, from 10am to 3pm, students will be able to RECOVER any materials they have in the building (hall and gym locker) and RETURN any materials that are property of Stout (library or classroom books, textbooks such as social studies, instruments, etc) that they may have. You will NOT be returning chromebooks at this time. Please read the following information carefully as it pertains to your child. This will be conducted the same way as our Chromebook Distribution, as a drive through. However, the drive-through will take place in the Staff Parking Lot, at the far right if you were facing our building, where buses depart at the end of the day. The day that you can come pick up your materials depends on where your locker is. Parents must accompany their child and bring ID. Parents will be asked to pull into the Staff Parking Lot and follow the drive-through lane to the appropriate door, where materials will be handed to them through the passenger window. YOU MUST HAVE A PAPER WITH YOUR NAME ON IT AND LOCKER # WRITTEN ON IT TO SHOW THROUGH THE WINDOW TO STAFF WHEN YOU ARRIVE. Parents and students, PLEASE NOTE, if your items are not picked up by the end of the day on Friday, June 5th 2020, they will be donated to a local charity or disposed of.
Please make sure you are checking Google Classroom and doing the listening and answering questions. Stay safe and if you have any questions please feel free to email me at:

Hello everyone,
I will be at Stout tomorrow from 9 am to 12 pm/noon so that you can come pick up instruments and music. Please come to the side door buy the choir room and I will grab your instrument and music. Please send me an email or comment on here if you plan on coming so that I can be pre-prepared. Email me at kwiecim@dearbornschools.org
Thank you so much and let us keep the music alive during these times.
As you are aware today, Friday March 13th 2020, you have the ability to come pick up your belongings at school. I ask that you stop by the band/orchestra room to grab your instrument as well if you have one that is easily transported home. Please also grab your music/method book. Be advised I will be active on our Google Classroom during our time away. Watch out for possible activities. Stay safe and remember to wash your hands. If you are an instrumentalist who uses a mouthpiece and want to clean it before you go, I have refilled my spray.
