Students can download the app on a digital device, or use the Soraapp website<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to access to thousands of popular and award-winning books and audiobooks for free.<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/h5>\n

Install the Sora app from the\u00a0<\/span>Apple App Store<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>Google Play Store<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, or go to\u00a0<\/span>soraapp.com<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/h5>\n

In Sora, find your school (Look for Wayne County School Shared Digital Collection – Dearborn Public Schools), then sign in.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/h5>\n

Browse the\u00a0<\/span>\"Explore\"\u00a0<\/span>tab and borrow a book. Your book will open so you can start reading right away.<\/p>\n

Step 4<\/h5>\n

Close the book and go to\u00a0<\/span>\"shelf\"\u00a0<\/span>to see all your books (including assignments). From there, you can:<\/p>\n

  • Select\u00a0<\/span>Open book<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>or\u00a0<\/span>Open audiobook<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>to read or listen to the book.<\/li>\n
  • Select\u00a0<\/span>Options<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>to renew or return the book, see your notes and highlights, and more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
