\r\n\r\nTo get a library card, go to any Dearborn Public Library. \u00a0Bring proof of address (driver\u2019s license or state identification card).\u00a0\u00a0You will be asked to complete an application form.\u00a0\u00a0If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must give their written consent on the application form before a new card is issued.\u00a0\u00a0If a child does not have proof of address, the parent or legal guardian must provide proof of address.<\/em>\r\n\r\nYou can fill out an online application prior to coming to the library by\u00a0downloading it here.<\/a><\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\n
