I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. Please make sure to send warm snow clothing this week. I don’t know if we will get fresh snow, but the meteorologists are predicting cold temperatures.
Class Representative for Student Council
The students who would like to be the class representative for the student council will share their brief speeches tomorrow. We will vote in class on either Tuesday or Wednesday. Thank you for all of your support during this process.

We are working on two pieces. During Writer’s Workshop, we are working on our personal narrative about our winter break. During shared writing, we are learning to write an opinion.

We will be finishing our Developmental Reading Assessments this week.

We are subtracting from a teen.
SCIENCE
We are going to start reviewing the seasons and learning about why we have seasons.
