The workouts on the checklist I sent are all solitary in nature and can be done in your home.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this time of social distancing, I would suggest any sporting activity in which you engage be one that is solitary such as shooting baskets, kicking a soccer ball into a net, yoga, etc. There are many activities that can be done in a socially responsible fashion.
