While I encourage you to stay physically active at all times, please be sure to do so without compromising the health and safety of yourself and others. The workouts on the checklist I sent are all solitary in nature and can be done in your home.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During this time of social distancing, I would suggest any sporting activity in which you engage be one that is solitary such as shooting baskets, kicking a soccer ball into a net, yoga, etc. There are many activities that can be done in a socially responsible fashion. My main goal is for you to remain safe while continuing to be active which is also important for your health and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you or your parents feel a sporting activity is not consistent with the recommendations for your safety during this time, please feel free to omit that portion of the checklist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
