Attached is the checklist for week 2 of our online learning. Just like last week, download the attachment, enable editing, document your daily workouts and return the checklist to me on Friday.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For those of you who had trouble dowloading the checklist, please make a checklist of your own and send it back to me with your documented workouts. If you do any additional exercises\/workouts\/sporting activities beyond what is asked of you on the checklist, please document that as well.
