I hope this email finds you well. During our hiatus from\ntraditional learning, the PE Department will be sending weekly checklists with\na fitness plan\/exercises to be performed daily. It is expected that you\ncontinue to prepare for fitness tests that will resume upon our return to PE\nclass. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will receive credit for work done\nfrom home. In order to earn credit, download the checklist that will be sent\neach Monday (click \u201cenable editing\u201d in yellow near the top so you can save the\ndocument and add your information), complete the given exercises, document that\nthe exercises have been completed, answer the follow up questions and email the\nchecklist back to me by way of your school email account. If you do not have MS\nExcel and\/or cannot download the document, please make your own version of the\nchecklist and email that instead.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Your first assignment is to respond to this email letting\nme know you received it. Please respond with your name and PE class hour to\nensure we can communicate effectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I will be updating information and reminders through iBlog\nposts as well as email.
