No school on Monday 2\/17 – President’s day<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lulu<\/strong> will be Star of the Week this week starting on 2\/18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In School Dentist trip<\/strong> – We will be walking over to the Michael Berry Center on Wednesday at 9 am, to participate in activities put on by the dental students. We have done this for several years and the kids always have a lot of fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Field Trips \u2013 Please return the permission slips for our trip by Tuesday 2\/18<\/strong> to the Henry Ford museum on April 4. We are expecting 100% attendance to this all school field trip but if your child can not attend please send me a Class Dojo message or a note letting me know. We need to let the museum know how many are attending and pay by mid February. I have 2 more permission slips to send out for two more trips. See dates below. I will be sending out more permission slips this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Valentine\u2019s day<\/strong> \u2013 Thank you to everyone for all the Valentine’s candies, gift cards and flowers. I felt very loved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ELA \u2013 <\/strong>This week we continue Unit 6 with Unit 6 Week 3<\/a>– Spelling – Ou as in how and out, Grammar- Standard English U6 W3 Spelling practice<\/a>
Our essay on Edison vs. Bell should be complete. We will be editing them this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Math<\/strong> we are starting Module 4 \u2013 we took Topic A quiz on Wednesday and did the retake on Friday. There will be a retake on Tuesday for students 4, 7 and 21. Please study the study guide. We will complete lessons 8, 9, 10, 11. M4 Topic A Study Guide<\/a> M4 Topic A Study Guide Answers<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will take the M4 Topic B quiz on Thursday. Here is the Study Guide<\/a> and Answers<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Social Studies <\/strong>\u2013 We will be working on Geography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Science <\/strong>\u2013 Environments and Survival Chapter 1  We took our Science Test on Friday.  <\/strong>Students will be given a chance for a retake on Tuesday. Please study with this study guide<\/a> and answers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
