Book fair volunteers needed <\/strong>– We need more volunteers in order to run the book fair next week. Please consider volunteering:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Book fair preview and money<\/strong> – Yesterday, we sent home a book fair flyer of books to see, a list of the time and a donation envelope. Students will preview the book fair, come up with a wishlist and they have a purchase day. When sending in book fair money PLEASE put it in an envelope or plastic bag with your child’s name and grade! DO NOT SEND LOOSE CASH! Students often drop it in the halls and if it doesn’t have their name it is hard to figure who it belongs to. The donation envelope is separate from your students purchase. This is for if there are book they would like to see in the classroom. If you donate money to the class, I always let the students choose what books they would like to have in the classroom, so have them think about which books they would like to see in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Math study guide\/practice quiz <\/strong>– there were several students that struggled with this Topic Quiz, therefore we will be using this as a practice quiz. We will review all the answers on Monday and we will take a different version of the quiz on Tuesday. Here is the practice quiz<\/a> if you would like to study at home. I will also be creating an answer sheet to share with parents so that you can check your student’s work. I will post that answers later today after I have create it. Star of the Week<\/strong> – Lily will continue to be Star of the Week since we had a short week. Rawad will start being star of the week on 11\/18<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parent Teacher Conferences<\/strong>– I will be seeing all parents Tuesday 11\/12 or Thursday 11\/13 for Parent Teacher Conferences. You should be getting a reminder from SignUpGenius of your time or you can click HERE <\/a>to see your time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
