There will be LOTS of changes over the next few weeks as we transition back into the school building. Things may seem confusing at times, I will do my best to make things clear and send reminders as schedules change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next week<\/strong> we will have more asynchronous learning<\/strong> as I get the classroom ready for students and get my last covid vaccine. Then we begin in-person learning labs.<\/strong> These students will come to the building next week. We know that it can be challenging to bring your students to school for a short time so if they can’t make it to the building I would like to still have them join our in person group on Zoom. Please let me know ahead of time so that I can set up the Zoom for your student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Reading Groups- <\/strong>We will also have new reading groups as we start to get used to our new A\/B schedule that will be starting on March 8th. I have given the reading groups new names, so we don’t confuse them with the old reading groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On March 1st we will begin a new schedule<\/strong>. We will begin school at 8:40 instead of 8:55 and end school at 2:20. K-2nd grade will begin the hybrid A and B days, while 3rd-5th remain at home this week. 3rd – 5th will begin our A and B days in the building on March 8th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

COVID Screener <\/strong>– Everyday that your child comes in the building you must do the COVID screener<\/a> with your child. I have placed this in the Parent Folder and on the Welcome screen of Schoology. If your child is sick, DO NOT send them to school.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
