Math Book pick up – Math books will be available to be picked up on Wednesday 5\/6 from 11-2 PM, I think.<\/strong> If it is different I’ll let you know. I am giving you the math books for the rest of the year. Some of them you should already have. I found some of them at school for students, 2, 4, 9, 10, 11, 19 and 20. Those students will get a bag with their name. Everyone else will get a bag without a name. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Star of the Week is Jad<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 our new star of the week this week. He will be sharing all the things we shared when we could meet as a classroom but now it is all virtual. I will add his Virtual Poster to Class Dojo. Here are the changes: instead of making a poster of pictures about your life, please make us a Google slide presentation that I can share with the class. Insead of bringing in show and tell, please make us a video to share your show and tell. You can also make a video to share your favorite book. Please have your parents write us a letter telling us what makes you so wonderful and special to them.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Layla will be Star of the week of 5\/11<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maha will be Star of the Week of 5\/18<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hussein will be Star of the week 6\/1<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Research <\/strong>– I was excited to see the first completed research project. Remember when your assignments are completed you may do research and create a Google slide presentation to add to your portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pictures for Mr. Borg<\/strong> – He would like to see pictures of you doing something active. So would I! Post a picture on Class Dojo of you doing something active and I will share it with Mr. Borg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meetings will continue in iLearn –<\/strong> They are continuing to work on the sound problem. If we have a big problem with sound we will just try again at the next meeting time or I can meet individually in Google Meet. We will keep the same schedule. If these times don’t work for your family please let me know and I’ll try to make other arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
