Fall Reading Assessments –<\/strong> I have set up a reading assessment for everyone on Raz-Kids.\u00a0 They are welcome to complete it over the weekend,\u00a0\u00a0if they would like to.\u00a0 Here is the log in information:<\/p>\n

Teacher's name: kkeebler0\r\nThen choose their name, most students chose the fish as the password.\u00a0\u00a0\r\n\r\nIn the upper left corner click \"Reading\"  then on the list click \"Assessment\".\r\n\r\nWhen they are finished reading, they complete the retell and quiz.\u00a0\u00a0\r\nTell them to be careful answering the quiz.\u00a0 There are only 5 questions, \r\ntherefore they can only miss one question to pass the quiz.<\/pre>\n
Make sure they include the following information on the retell:<\/p>\n
Fiction Retell<\/b><\/p>\n
Describe what happened in the proper order.<\/span><\/p>\n
What is the problem in the story?<\/span><\/p>\n
Who the main characters are and why they are the most important?<\/span><\/p>\n
How is the problem in the story solved and how does the story ends?<\/span><\/p>\n
Describe where the story takes place?<\/span><\/p>\n
Nonfiction Retell<\/strong><\/p>\n
Summary-Summarize the topic’s most important ideas and details<\/span><\/p>\n
Vocabulary- Tell about the passage or book using key terms from the text.<\/span><\/p>\n
Main Idea(s)-Tell the main idea(s) of the passage or book.<\/span><\/p>\n
Accuracy-Tell facts from the passage or book accurately.<\/span><\/p>\n
Supporting Details-Tell details supporting the main idea(s<\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n

French Language Survey Reminder<\/strong><\/p>\n
