{"id":5065,"date":"2018-06-02T13:44:28","date_gmt":"2018-06-02T17:44:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/keebler\/?p=5065"},"modified":"2018-06-02T13:44:28","modified_gmt":"2018-06-02T17:44:28","slug":"class-news-131","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/keebler\/2018\/06\/02\/class-news-131\/","title":{"rendered":"Class News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are in the home stretch!\u00a0 Only 8 1\/2 days of school left!\u00a0 We have a very busy couple of weeks!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday 6\/4<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>NWEA Language testing in the morning &#8211; to prepare please use Moby Max test prep or Language.<\/li>\n<li>Native American Projects due &#8211; we will practice presenting to each other &#8211; see guidelines for the project below<\/li>\n<li>Music rehearsal for play 2:35<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tuesday 6\/5<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10:00 &#8211; Cultural play for the school<\/li>\n<li>1:30 &#8211; Cultural play for parents<\/li>\n<li>2:30 &#8211; Native American Fair for parents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 6\/6<\/strong> &#8211; We will be having art on Wednesday because the art teacher will be helping out at the Special Ed Field day on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 6\/7<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10:00 &#8211; Field day for Keebler&#8217;s class<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Friday 6\/8 &#8211; Last spelling test<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday 6\/14 &#8211; Last day of School<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>9:30 5th grade promotion ceremony<\/li>\n<li>11:45 Dismissal &#8211; Report cards given at dismissal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Missing work &#8211;<\/strong> All missing work is due by this Friday 6\/8.\u00a0 Make sure that you check the &#8220;Show all&#8221; button at the top of the Assignment section of Parent Connect so that you can see everything.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Native American Research Paper<\/strong> &#8211; DUE MONDAY 6\/4\u00a0 All students should have created notes, an outline and a research paper.\u00a0 Each part is a separate grade.\u00a0 Each of these have documents on Google classroom and should be completed and turned in on Google classroom.\u00a0 If you can&#8217;t access your student&#8217;s Google classroom please contact me right away and I can email their work and you can have them complete it and email it to me.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Native American Research Project<\/strong> &#8211; DUE MONDAY 6\/4 -Student will turn their research report into a project on a tri-fold board.\u00a0 They should include their paper, other interesting facts, pictures, artifacts and possibly an interactive game for their audience.\u00a0 They will be presenting these project to the rest of the school and the parents next week.\u00a0 The board should be neat in appearance, and free of spelling, capitalization and punctuation errors.\u00a0 They will be graded on the presentation also.<\/p>\n<p><strong>School work &#8211;<\/strong> There will be no more reading logs due this year.\u00a0We will have the last spelling test on Friday 6\/8.<\/p>\n<p>If there is something I have forgotten or if you have questions about any work please email me at <a href=\"mailto:keeblek@dearbornschools.org\">keeblek@dearbornschools.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are in the home stretch!\u00a0 Only 8 1\/2 days of school left!\u00a0 We have a very busy couple of weeks!
