This Week for March is Reading month:<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong> – Poetry Day – we will write an Olympic poem<\/p>\n Tuesday<\/strong> – Pajama Day\u00a0 – wear your PJ, you may bring your favorite stuff animal or a pillow to snuggle up with and read a book.<\/p>\n Wednesday<\/strong> – Wear your favorite Sports Team shirt\u00a0 and Book Fair Preview<\/p>\n Thursday<\/strong> – DEAR (Drop Everything And Read) with another class, Book Fair Shopping Day and Parent-Teacher Conferences (by invitation only)<\/p>\n Friday<\/strong> – Wear a hat with words, Picture day, Field Trip<\/p>\n Field Trip to the Michigan Science Center<\/strong> – We will leave about 9:00 or 9:15, don’t forget to pack a lunch, dress for your spring pictures and pack a school t-shirt to put over your picture clothes after the pictures are done.<\/p>\n Guinea Pigs<\/strong> – We had Ms. Polster’s guinea pig Fuzzy visiting our classroom last week.\u00a0 We enjoyed her so much the we have decided to borrow 2 guinea pigs from Ms. Stephanie.\u00a0 She will be bringing them to our room on Monday.\u00a0 She said that she is willing to let them go home on weekends with the students.\u00a0 I have created a Google form to sign up for taking the Guinea Pigs home with you.\u00a0 There names Ginger and Munchkin.\u00a0 Please sign up at the link below to have them visit your house:<\/p>\n
