{"id":4884,"date":"2018-01-31T16:27:30","date_gmt":"2018-01-31T21:27:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/keebler\/?p=4884"},"modified":"2018-01-31T16:27:30","modified_gmt":"2018-01-31T21:27:30","slug":"class-news-and-reminders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/keebler\/2018\/01\/31\/class-news-and-reminders\/","title":{"rendered":"Class News and reminders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Spelling test<\/strong> &#8211; Remember we will be doing the spelling test tomorrow since we will be gone most of the day on Friday.\u00a0 Please make sure that your students have tried the practice test at least once by tonight (more times if they did not get 100% the first time).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reading projects<\/strong> &#8211; I have been getting some wonderful projects from some students, however others are not doing as great a job.\u00a0 I would like the Reading Projects to be about the same amount of writing as a Reading log.\u00a0 So I have decided to include some guidelines for the projects.\u00a0 All projects must include a writing element, the author&#8217;s name and the title of the book.\u00a0 1 paragraph will count as 1 day of the Reading log.\u00a0 So if the draw a picture and write 1 paragraph that counts as 1 day on the reading log and they need to do 4 more entries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Field trip<\/strong> &#8211; Please wear your school t-shirt or a red shirt on Friday.\u00a0 Please talk to your students about good field trip behavior for Friday.\u00a0 Remind them they are representing their school, classroom and family and we all expect them to do their best.\u00a0 Parents please remember no talking on cell phones during the trip, we need parents to help watch all the kids and remind them to be on their best behavior.\u00a0 Thanks for taking your time to join us.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Spelling test &#8211; Remember we will be doing the spelling test tomorrow since we will be gone most of the day on Friday.\u00a0 Please make sure that your students have tried the practice test at least once by tonight (more times if they did not get 100% the first time).
