Social Studies quiz<\/strong> – We will be taking the lesson quiz tomorrow.\u00a0 You can find a copy of the quiz in the Student History book on Google classroom or on my lesson plans page 48.<\/p>\n

Vocabulary and Word Game<\/strong> – some students didn’t complete the Vocabulary and Word Game Crossword puzzle.\u00a0 I have added the Michigan Community Studies Weekly newspaper to Google classroom so that they can finish it tonight.\u00a0 We will correct it tomorrow before the quiz.<\/p>\n

Outdoor weather gear<\/strong> – PLEASE make sure that your students are prepared to go outside each day.\u00a0 If they don’t own boots please send an extra pair of shoes so we don’t have wet carpets to sit on.\u00a0 They will not be allowed to play in the snow if they don’t have snow pants and boots, they will have to stand on the sidewalk.\u00a0 We will go out each day the weather is greater than 20 degrees with the wind chill.\u00a0 If it is within 5 degrees of 20 please make sure they are ready to go out.<\/p>\n

Gingerbread houses\/party\u00a0Friday 2 PM-<\/strong> please make sure you have signed up for something to bring to our party.\u00a0 There are only 15 people signed and many things still missing.\u00a0 If we don’t have enough supplies we will not be able to make the houses.<\/p>\n

Green Team Sale on Wednesday 12\/20 after school outside the gym:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Green Team is working to raise money to buy hand dryers for the bathroom in the Montessori wing to help eliminate the 10 lbs of paper waste we use each day.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We will be having a sale with pizza, baked goods and we are making molded crayons and candles out of crayons (Crandles) to sell.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The baked goods are 2 small things for $1 or one large thing for $1<\/div>\n
Pizza is $1<\/div>\n
Small shaped crayons are 2 for $1 (see below)<\/div>\n
Crandles (crayon candles) are $3 or 2 for $5 (see below)<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Please help us reach our $600 goal to buy the hand dryers.<\/div>\n
