Star of the Week this week is Waad<\/strong><\/p>\n

Holiday Boutique<\/strong> – Our class will be going to the Holiday Boutique on Wednesday, December 3rd at 9:30 am.<\/strong>\u00a0 If you are interested in your child participating, please send in money in an envelope with your child’s name, please complete the shopping list at home and send it in.\u00a0 Each item is $2.<\/p>\n

Hamster<\/strong> – I will be bringing in my daughter’s hamster Max to visit the classroom for a while.\u00a0 I there is anyone who has an allergy to hamster please let me know.\u00a0\u00a0 Max will be available for weekend visits at students’ houses.\u00a0 If you were in my class last year you already know that Max is a very sweet hamster.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If you would like to have Max come to your house for a weekend visit, please send an email or respond to this blog post.\u00a0 If you are taking him home you should pull into the parking lot by the office and come to the classroom when school is ending 3:35.\u00a0 After I have dropped the other students off I will come back to the classroom and help you gather Max’s things for a weekend visit.<\/p>\n

New Learning Site- <\/strong>I discovered a wonderful new learning site with language, math and science games.\u00a0 We will be using it this week for our language work.\u00a0 There are lessons, games and activities associated with each topic.\u00a0 The topics we will be studying this week are pronouns, collective nouns, prefixes and homophones.\u00a0 Please have your student practice these games at home and we will work on them in school and will take a quiz on each topic.\u00a0 Each child has their own user name and password for me to track their progress.<\/p>\n
