PTA Fundraiser<\/strong> -PTA has helped our school in many ways they have purchased everything from books to playground equipment and have given the teachers money to buy new materials for class.\u00a0 PTA is doing a fundraiser this week.\u00a0 They are having a no-bake bake sale.\u00a0 Donate the money you would have spent on a bake sale.\u00a0 They are offering a price to the class with the highest donations.\u00a0 Please put all donations in an envelope with your child’s name and teacher.\u00a0 Money is due by Halloween.\u00a0\u00a0 Thank you for supporting the PTA and supporting Howe school.<\/p>\n

Student Pictures<\/strong> – Please send in an small picture of your child for a Halloween craft we are doing this week.\u00a0 The small wallet size school pictures would be perfect.<\/p>\n

Picture retakes<\/strong> – Picture retakes will be this Wednesday, 10\/29<\/strong>.\u00a0 If\u00a0 you are having your child’s picture retakes please send in the old pictures or proofs.\u00a0 If they missed the 1st picture day then fill out a new form.\u00a0 They should have more in the office.<\/p>\n

Parent Connect<\/strong> – Parent Connect is a program that allows you to view your student’s progress online.\u00a0 I am one of the teachers piloting this program. \u00a0 Each family will get their own login and password to the program.\u00a0 We will be mailing out letters with your username and password towards the end of this week.\u00a0 I will be answering questions during conferences.\u00a0 If you are in Mrs. Polster’s class you may sign up on my list once everyone in my class has signed up.\u00a0 I still need Zahraa, Omar and Skye to sign up for conferences.<\/p>\n

Halloween Party Friday<\/strong> – Our class will go from 12:25-1:15. Volunteers and treats still needed.\u00a0 Please send costumes in a bag we will be changing right before or right after lunch.\u00a0 Please no weapons or masks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
