Star of the Week<\/strong> for next week is Fatima!<\/p>\n

March is Reading Month Reading contest<\/strong> – Today we had an assembly for March is Reading month.\u00a0 All students got a packet explaining the reading contest for the month.\u00a0 Each time your child reads a book they will fill out a green square with their name, the book name, author and parent’s signature, then turn it in to the Notes to Mrs. Keebler box in the classroom.\u00a0 The class that reads the most books gets a Pizza Party!\u00a0\u00a0 So read, read, read!<\/p>\n

Reading month activities –<\/strong> We have many fun activities planned throughout the month.\u00a0 Attached it the March is Reading Month event calendar to help you keep track of all the fun:<\/p>\n

Guest Readers<\/strong>– If you would like to be a guest reader in the classroom please let me know what day works best for you and we will find a time that works for both of us.<\/p>\n

Social studies test next Friday on Economics 3\/7.<\/strong>\u00a0 We will be finishing up the last couple lesson next week.\u00a0 Attached is the study guide for each grade.\u00a0 A paper copy went home on Wednesday.\u00a0 Please leave the study guide in the red folder so that we can use it at home and at school. 2nd grade Unit 4 study guide<\/a><\/p>\n

Math Fact test<\/strong> – next Friday the 2nd graders will have a test on +8 and the 3rd graders will have a test on x8.\u00a0 Please practice this during the week.<\/p>\n
