I’d like to give you a little information about them. The party is a reward that they earn monthly by staying on green a certain amount of days. As the months go forward the expectation of “Green Days” continues to increase. At the party this month students earned a lanyard at the party that read “Matrix Master”. It reminds them that they were following the Matrix Behavior Expectations. The lanyard holds tokens they earn each month that they get to attend a party. The lanyard is a new addition this year to reward positive choices. The parties are 30 minutes long and often consist of crafts, Bingo, or even a dance party! I have the lanyards in the classroom so that they don’t get lost as we are not allowed to replace them. The party is usually done the day after the last day of the month. Times vary. They all made it to the party this month!!!! Feel free to encourage them at home and remind them about the PBIS Parties 😉

You may have heard your child talk about a PBIS Party they went to on Wednesday.
