The Michigan Fitness Foundation\u2019s Safe Routes to School Program and Michigan Department of Transportation invites your school to participate in\u00a0Bike to School Day 2014 on\u00a0May 7!<\/b><\/p>\n
Bike to School Day is a national event that focuses on bringing community leaders, parents, students and other stakeholders together to build awareness for communities to be more walkable and bikeable.<\/p>\n
This year\u2019s theme for Bike to School Day is\u00a0SUPERHEROES<\/b>! We want our students to know that when they walk, bike, or roll to school they are protecting their right to get there safely.<\/p>\n

\u00a0New Arrival Procedures begin on\u00a0April 28<\/b><\/p>\n
Now that spring is finally here, we will be implementing new arrival procedures.\u00a0\u00a0ALL<\/span>\u00a0students will be required to line up with their class at the appropriate arrival door.\u00a0 No students or parents will be allowed to wait in the lobby unless it is raining.\u00a0 Teachers will open the arrival doors when the bell rings at\u00a08:35\u00a0(9:35\u00a0on Late Start days).\u00a0 All doors will be closed and locked at the tardy bell at\u00a08:40.\u00a0 Students arriving after the tardy will need to enter through the lobby doors and check in at the office.\u00a0 The arrival doors for our class is Door #19 Culver street side.<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Don’t forget their spelling test is tomorrow because we do not have school this Friday or all of next week. \u00a0While on vacation, if the weather permits, start riding those bikes to get them ready for Bike to School Day. … Continue reading
