Our festivities will include a book exchange, holiday bingo, cookie decorating, and a movie. Please read below for details about the gift exchange and requested classroom contributions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookie Decorating (and Other) Supplies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for our activities to run smoothly, we are requesting that families send in items for students to use at the party. Here is a link to a Sign Up Genius where you can volunteer to provide an item:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/9040D4BAEAA23A6FC1-room\">https:\/\/www.signupgenius.com\/go\/9040D4BAEAA23A6FC1-room<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please send your students in to school with items on the morning of Thursday the 19th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Book Exchange Details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Students can also participate in a book exchange. Students will swap books in the style of a gift exchange. Please send your student to school on Thursday with a wrapped book. Be sure that the book is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wrapped in paper or concealed in a bad<\/li><li>Appropriate for a fourth or fifth grade reader<\/li><li>No more than $10 in value<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Books will be made available to students who are not able to obtain them so everyone can participate in the swap \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Room 208&#8217;s holiday party will be this coming Thursday, December 19th from 2:30 to 3:30.
