Viewing Antony&#8217;s funeral speech:<br \/>\nYou should add annotations to the portion of his speech you have.<br \/>\nFill in the graphic organizer for Antony&#8217;s and Brutus&#8217;s rhetorical strategies.<\/p>\n<p>4. Prompt for writing:<br \/>\nOne major element of Julius Caesar is rhetoric \u2013 the skill of persuading others with words. In Act III, Shakespeare pits Mark Antony\u2019s famous \u201cFriends, Romans, Countrymen\u201d speech against Brutus\u2019s \u201cRomans, Countrymen, and Lovers\u201d earlier in the scene. Read both carefully. Most find Antony\u2019s speech more effective rhetorically (surely the crowd did!). Why is that? Does Shakespeare agree? Or disagree?
