SSR + graph number of pages<\/p>\n<p>2. Book talks<\/p>\n<p>3. Class whip around:<br \/>\nStudents share thoughtful comments, questions, and offer feedback on Brutus&#8217;s funeral speech. We are considering ethos, pathos, and logos in our comments. Everyone participates.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ongoing grade updates\/conferences:<br \/>\nStudents will meet with Ms. Martin today and tomorrow to discuss strengths &#038; weaknesses in language arts using their portfolios.<\/p>\n<p>5. Impromptu writing:<br \/>\nStudents look at 2 words on the screen and choose 1 to write about for a minute&#8217;s time.
