If you are done working on your project, as a number of you are, or even if you&#8217;re not, please watch the following video on &#8220;duck and cover.&#8221;  Think about tornado or fire or lockdown drills that we do at school &#8212; students would be trained during the 1950s to &#8220;duck and cover&#8221; in case of a nuclear war.  Jot down a couple notes to yourself while watching the video and think about the following questions: how well do you think this procedure would work?  Would you feel safe doing this in the case of a nuclear war?
