Here at Unis Middle school we try to make things positive. We have the Earn your wing card if you do something good the teacher signs your earn you wing card, if it&#8217;s full of signatures you can put it in the earn your wings raffle which has rewards. How would you feel about the infractions being used less this year? Is that a good thing or bad thing.<\/p>\n<p>Ms.Kincaid\u2019s 8th grade, journalism class, think, infractions are are being used less than last year. Most of the kids thinks it&#8217;s a good thing that it&#8217;s being used less this year. Some kids stated, \u201cIt&#8217;s a good thing because it keeps good, positive behavior. Also, people would rather do good things than negative things.\u201d Some kids thinks it&#8217;s a bad thing that infractions are being used less this year. Almost everyone\u00a0thinks it&#8217;s a good thing that infractions are being used less this year. Most kids stated, \u201cIt&#8217;s nice to see everyone on a green lanyard instead of seeing people on a yellow or red lanyard.\u201d Not so many kids think it&#8217;s a bad thing that infractions are being used less. One kid stated, if you do anything wrong you shouldn&#8217;t get an infraction. It&#8217;s not teaching you anything. It&#8217;s telling you to do more bad things.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Mr. Suni\u2019s 6th grade, A2 class, didn&#8217;t really know about infractions. Half of them thought infractions are being used less this year. Others thought they really weren&#8217;t. Most of the kids said they are being used less this year.\u201cKids that got infractions probably didn&#8217;t do anything\u201d. Others said,\u201cThe earn your wings are way better than infractions because you&#8217;re being positive.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Infractions are not a key to a kids success because they are negative and make kids think negatively\u00a0according to Unis Middle schoolers. Thanks to a student here at Unis Middle school we have the earn your wings cards which a is way to be positive.
