{"id":150,"date":"2014-06-15T12:47:10","date_gmt":"2014-06-15T16:47:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/?p=150"},"modified":"2014-06-15T13:39:08","modified_gmt":"2014-06-15T17:39:08","slug":"who-is-mrs-guido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/2014\/06\/15\/who-is-mrs-guido\/","title":{"rendered":"Who is Mrs. Guido?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"right\">\u00a0In Unis Middle School, 8th graders were\u00a0sad to see the departure\u00a0of Mrs. Anderson. \u00a0Our beloved Language Arts and Social Studies teacher, who has been on leave since surgery on her foot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"right\">However, Mrs. Anderson has left a long-term substitute teacher, Mrs. Guido to take her place. \u00a0She has some large shoes to fill. Mrs. Anderson is known for her intense structure and her desire to promote student perfection.\u201cShe\u2019s a great teacher,\u201d Guido has said of Mrs. Anderson. \u201cShe\u2019s very dedicated to her students.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Before substituting for Mrs. Anderson, Mrs. Guido taught second grade at McCollough Elementary, which happens to be part of the joint elementary\/ middle school building \u00a0we have here at Unis.\u00a0 Mrs. Guido stated, \u201cI\u00a0came to substitute at Unis to gain experience teaching students of all ages in the field of education.\u201d \u00a0After teaching here, Mrs. Guido siad she would like to continue her Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. Although she loves\u00a0teaching, she would hope to one day be\u00a0working with young children in a daycare.<\/p>\n<p>But this may not be the last we see of Mrs. Guido.
