There&#8217;s a saying that states the more languages you know the more people you are. Arabic is a language you get many many benefits out of.\u00a0Approximately 420 million people speak Arabic all around the world. People who know the language gain many advantages from it such as jobs. To prove this point, Mrs. Haidar, a teacher at Unis middle school that teaches english to bilingual students says \u201c It (Arabic) secures my job because you have to know how to speak Arabic to do my job.\u201d She also says \u201cMy students who know Arabic learn English faster than those who do not. \u201c Meaning because they learned the language\u00a0they were able to learn faster.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arabic doesn&#8217;t only help teachers but it helps people that work in places where customers for example speak Arabic only. Mohamad Jaber, works at a Freight Forwarder company, he takes care of the documentation needed for customers\u2019 shipments. \u00a0Most of these customers don\u2019t speak English, they speak Arabic only. \u00a0\u00a0To get the information from them<a href=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1232 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"20161108_142135-1\" width=\"172\" height=\"97\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1-280x158.jpg 280w, https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/journalism\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/929\/2016\/12\/20161108_142135-1-660x371.jpg 660w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 172px) 100vw, 172px\" \/><\/a>, you need to speak their language and help translate it in English. \u00a0He says \u201cSpeaking Arabic helped me facilitate the process for customers\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What language do you think of when you think of Islam? When people translate the holy book (Quran) in English or any other language, it doesn\u2019t give it justice. It\u2019s either wrong or weak in many translations, and that changes the complete meaning. To get a good understanding of Arabic you need to know Arabic. Mohamad Jaber says \u201cArabic helped him read and understand the Holy Quran and Islamic supplications\u201d Also, I\u00a0went on vacations back home in Lebanon\u00a0I was able to communicate with the people because I knew how to\u00a0speak Arabic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All of this proves that there are many good reasons for learning Arabic even if it&#8217;s a challenge to learn it. \u00a0It is an investment that you will help you earn many advantages throughout your life. \u00a0Nowadays, it&#8217;s easy to learn new languages you can find many tutorials and classes online.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0by:Mohamad Mourtada<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Have you ever thought of learning a new language.
