My name is Fatima Joumaa and I am the English Language Development Specialist at Haigh Elementary. This would be my thirteenth year in the district. I am honored to have the opportunity to work within the very same community I group up in. I attended Dearborn Public Schools, and am thrilled to give back to the district. As a Resource Specialist, my responsibilities include co-teaching, goal setting, as well as reading and writing strategic instruction in a small\/whole group setting. My goal is to identify areas of improvement, and develop strategic plans, utilizing the Common Core State Standards and our building’s best practices to execute them. It is my pleasure and privilege to be a member of such an amazing staff. Thank you in advance for allowing me to be a part of your child\u2019s education.
