Jumping Jacks<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stand on one foot<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Stand on other foot<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reach for your toes (don’t bend your knees)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Butterfly stretches<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bottoms Up<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sit ups, crunches<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Push ups (If your child is not strong enough just hold the position)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Planking <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Seals<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Downward dog<\/p>\n\n\n\n
