Go to the bottom of the hill at Ford Field on the East side of the parking lot there is a small foot bridge to the other side of the river. Once you cross it head towards Brady street. Go under the bridge at Brady Street and the trail goes for at least a couple miles. We had to turn back before the trail ended.
