Card Flip Communication Routines<\/b><\/h2>\n

Now that the school year is underway, you have become familiar with some of the procedures that make up our daily work routines. Signing and checking the planner are extremely important follow-up for you as parents\/guardians. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

There will be times when your child may have a card flip. \u00a0Please consider this as a reinforcement of the expectations for our school rules for being respectful, responsible, and safe. \u00a0Remember, whenever a card is flipped, the student receives positive feedback from me and instruction for demonstrating improved behavior. \u00a0I\u2019d like to include you in this process.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If your child receives a card flip:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. A note will come home in the color of the card flip in your child\u2019s planner (stapled to the day of the flip).<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Your child will have written a reflection on the note you will receive.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Review the reflections with your child (you do not need to contact me).<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Sign it and have your child return it to school the next day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
