I will post them on my blog and ask the student to explain what happened in the experiment to the class. \u00a0Any materials would be supplied by you, but directions will be posted on my blog. \u00a0This is a great opportunity for you to explore concepts more in depth at home.<\/p>\n<h2>Extra Credit #1: Science<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iblog.dearbornschools.org\/joachia\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/62\/2016\/10\/ItsScienceTimeOsmosisTheColorfulCeleryExperiment-1.pdf\">Celery Experiment<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Complete the experiment by following the directions on pgs 6-9. \u00a0Bring these pages to school and send me a photo or video of yourself (creative video productions will earn you an EXTRA extra credit point). \u00a0Have fun!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Extra Credit work in my class is worth 5 points that is applied to your child&#8217;s content area grade. \u00a0It also earns your child a Homework Pass!
