This was an exciting week for the 4th grade class! \u00a0The candidates for President of our first ever 4th grade student council put forth a great effort in campaigning. I am beyond proud of these students for having the courage to take on this huge task! \u00a0This week they had a meet and greet, where they sat and answered questions from many students about their qualifications and WHY they should be voted President. \u00a0Throughout the week they hung signs throughout the hallways, passed out flyers\/snacks\/candy, and today presented their final speech in front of the entire 4th grade! \u00a0Such an awesome event to witness!!!<\/p>\n

The results are in and the winner and President of the 4th grade student council is…..Justin Smith from Ms. Cronin’s class!!<\/p>\n

Vice President is the runner up, which we had a tie! \u00a0Jenna D. from Ms. Lahooti and Yasmeen K. from Ms. Cronin’s class.<\/p>\n
