I am so happy to get this year\nstarted and get to know all of your children. We become a little family\nunit in our classroom for 9 months. Any concerns or problems you or your\nchild have, please never hesitate to contact me. All of the Kindergarten\nclasses have three times more boys than girls, so we will have to do a lot of\nmovement activities this year! Please check your child’s blue folder\nevery night for important notes or homework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remember there is NO SCHOOL today,\nFriday, August 3oth or Monday, September 2nd to celebrate the Labor Day\nweekend. Tuesday, September 3rd your child will report to school as\nnormal at 8:35 am. Please if they are on a bus, remind them who their\nteacher is so they can say their teachers name as they get off the bus. \n I recommend putting a piece of tape or a sticker or pin their teachers\nname on their shirt the first couple of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please this weekend if you could get\n2 supplies for our classroom I would be much appreciated:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please write their name on both with\na permanent marker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A healthy snack should be sent to\nschool every day. Please put your child’s snack in a plastic gallon size\nbag they can reuse with their name on it. Only send their lunch in a\nlunch box. The children get confused on what a snack and lunch are\notherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I know next week is going to be hot,\nbut remember NO open toed sandals or spaghetti strapped tank tops at school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
