What was happening in our classroom?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The letter of this week was still the letter “Y”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. We did letter “Y”<\/strong> worksheets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Our core word for the month of May will be “It”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. We answered our two reading comprehension questions, “What book did we read?”<\/strong>, and “What was our core word?”<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. We read “The Apple”<\/strong> book from the “Core First Learning”<\/strong> series.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. This week’s story was “Spring Stinks”<\/strong>. The book’s author and illustrator is “Ryan T. Higgins”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Our ELA<\/strong> focus for the month of May focus will be on “Compare & Contrast”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Math concepts for the month of May will be on “Measurement & Data, Geometry”<\/strong>, and the key concepts are “Shapes & Angles”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. ULS<\/strong> topic for the month of May will be “Life Science: Plants Can Grow”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. On Tuesday, we went to Art class. On Monday & Thursday, we went to Music, and on Wednesday and Friday, we went to the Gym.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. On this week, we celebrated the birthday of our beautiful friend, Bisan. Happy Birthday Bisan \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
