A few things have come to light:<\/p>\n ——– Forwarded message ———- Hello Everyone,<\/p>\n I have received well over 100 emails with technical and\/or troubleshooting questions that are similar in nature related to the on-line required classes and the popular badges. Mr. Patterson and the Media Services Department will send out an email in the next day or so to address the issues that have been sent to me. Thus individuals should not expect to receive a response to their email from me directly but will receive the email from Media Services as a follow-up to questions that were sent to me.
