Teacher Evaluations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

*Per State Law: \u00a0Teachers ranked Highly Effective on their year-end evaluation for three consecutive years are not required to have a formal observation. Per evaluation committee, walkthroughs are required.\u00a0 Teachers that were not formally observed last year must be formally observed one time this year.<\/p>\n

(Three years HE, one year no formal observation, formal evaluation required following the \u201cskipped\u201d year.)<\/p>\n

\u00a0*Per State Law: \u00a0Teachers ranked any combination of Effective and Highly Effective on their year-end evaluation for the last two consecutive years are only required to have one formal observation.<\/p>\n

*Per State Law: \u00a0Beginning in 2016-17\u00a0one formal observation must be unscheduled.\u00a0 Per evaluation committee, those required to have one formal observation will have an\u00a0scheduled<\/b>\u00a0observation.<\/p>\n

*Plan I Teachers are all required a minimum of two formal observations (one of the two unscheduled).<\/p>\n

* Regardless of what\u2019s required, administrators may formally observe if needed.<\/p>\n
