This is great for anyone that might have a bad back, shoulders, knees, hips, etc.  Work through this, then reward yourself with some of the most delicious S&#8217;Mores you&#8217;ll ever eat!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Fat burning, high intensity, low impact home cardio workout\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/8oQ-WNJoYtM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Healthy Camping Treats: Banana S\u2019mores<\/strong><br>Camping (at a site or in the backyard) is a great way to soak in some vitamin D while appreciating nature- and today we\u2019re sharing an easy way to keep campfire eating fun AND healthy! This summer as you pitch a tent, make sure to try our Campfire Banana S\u2019mores!<br>Ingredients:<br>\u00b7 medium ripe banana<br>\u00b7 1 small handful of mini marshmallows (10-15)<br>\u00b7 1 spoonful of dark chocolate chips<br>\u00b7 2 low-fat graham crackers<br>\u00b7 Foil<br>Instructions:<br>\u00b7 Ask an adult to cut through the peel on the inside curve of the banana, but leave the banana in the peel. Cut the banana in half lengthwise (not through bottom peel); then cut crosswise. Add marshmallows into the banana and top with chocolate chips.<br>\u00b7 Place the prepared banana in the foil and crimp closed.<br>\u00b7 Cook the S\u2019more packet on the campfire until the s\u2019more is warm and melty (about 5-8 minutes).
