I hope you enjoyed the scavenger hunt this weekend.  If so, please comment and share your photos.  Today we&#8217;re going back to our 30-for-30 Challenge that we started last week.  Remember, we&#8217;re looking to log 30 miles of walking or running in the month of April.  This doesn&#8217;t mean you can&#8217;t do anything else, we&#8217;re just looking to be up and active for at least 60 minutes per day.  Here are my updated results as of last night:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 1 (Wednesday) \u2013 2.64 miles (2 walks with my dog)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 2 (Thursday) \u2013 1.4 miles (walked with my wife and dog) &amp; 4 mile bike ride<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 3 (Friday) \u2013 .4 miles (I was lazy today \u2013 cold and wind)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 4 (Saturday) &#8211; 3.5 miles (walked with my wife and dog)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 5 (Sunday) &#8211; 0 (did a 6.5 mile mountain bike trail ride)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Running total = 7.94 miles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We&#8217;re in good shape in meeting our 30-for-30 goal&#8230;how you are doing?  Let&#8217;s increase that activity level this week!
