They are currently working on identifying polynomials and discovering what occurs when we perform arithmetic operations on the polynomials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students should be able to answer the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>What type of polynomial is presented?<\/li><li>What degree is the polynomial and how does this affect the shape of the graph?<\/li><li>What is the constant in the polynomial?<\/li><li>What is the leading coefficient and how does this affect the graph?<\/li><li>What do we look for when adding polynomials?<\/li><li>What must we be careful of when subtracting polynomials?<\/li><li>What arithmetic property do we utilize when we multiply polynomials?<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students are in Unit 4 of Agile Mind.
