The programs\nwill be offered once a week on Wednesday\u2019s and run from 3:45pm \u2013 4:45pm\nbeginning in the New Year.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>S.T.A.R.\n     Program for grades K-5<sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><ul><li><em>The\nSTAR program is a free program for K-5th grade that allows students an\nopportunity to reach their full potential, by giving them the knowledge and\nskills to take them on any journey they wish through life as physically\nliterate learners. Students will have the opportunity to participate in various\nactivities that promote teamwork and confidence through play as they Sharpen\nthe Saw (habit 7).&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Running\n     Club for grades 3<sup>rd<\/sup>-5<sup>th<\/sup> <\/strong><ul><li><em>Lindbergh\u2019s Running Club is a free\nprogram for 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, 4<sup>th<\/sup> and&nbsp;5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;grade\nstudents. We meet once a week, for five weeks, on Wednesday\u2019s from 3:45-4:45pm.\nWe will begin with a warm up and stretches and then we hit the track! Students\ngo at their own pace and are encouraged to work towards reaching their own\npersonal goal. We continue the year motivating beginning runners to \u201crun one\nlap then walk one\u201d and to continue at that pace for as long as they can. Then,\nwe build up to running two laps and walking one and so on. We finish our\nworkouts with cool down stretches and reward students for reaching mileage\nmilestones. Lindbergh\u2019s Running Club is a happy and healthy place to finish\nyour school day!<\/em><em><\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in signing up your child\nfor the either program, please check out the schedule and register at <a href=\"https:\/\/rb.gy\/fpdikm\"><strong><em>https:\/\/rb.gy\/fpdikm<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em> <\/em><\/strong><em>to reserve\nyour child\u2019s spot in the club<\/em>.
