This also includes\u00a0 plate tectonics and large-scale system interactions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Studies:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Students will describe the means people create for moving people, goods, and ideas within the local community. They will compare the physical and human characteristics of the local community with those of another community. They will describe the major landforms of the Earth )mountains, plains, valleys, hills).
