Alberta Muirhead Teacher of the Year Awards<\/a><\/h1>\n

Criteria for nomination:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • No more than two teachers can be nominated per student<\/li>\n
  • Nominations are due April 12, 2013 (LATE NOMINATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)<\/li>\n
  • Adults may assist where necessary<\/li>\n
  • A teacher will be selected from elementary, middle and high school<\/li>\n
  • Let your teacher know that you nominated them, because the Chamber will not disclose this information<\/li>\n
  • If you nominate a teacher, please attend the ceremony to congratulate him\/her in person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    Awardees will be announced at the ceremony on Thursday, May 15, 2013,<\/strong>
    \n4 p.m. at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center<\/strong>
    \n15801 Michigan Ave. Dearborn, 48126<\/strong>
    \nJudges are members of the Dearborn Chamber Education Committee and nominations
    \nare evaluated anonymously on the quality of nominations, not on the number of
    \nnominations received. The Education Committee will tabulate the results.
    \nThe Chamber will honor the best elementary, middle<\/strong>
    \nand high school teachers with a $1,000 prize.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Nominations may be submitted either online, fax or mail. \u00a0See website for details.<\/p>\n
