I continued my education at Wayne State to receive a Master&#8217;s Degree in Library and Information Science.<\/p>\n<p>I can\u2019t believe it, but this will be my 26th year of teaching! I started my career as a classroom teacher at Oakman Elementary School. In 2004 I switched to the school library media center. Currently I am working part-time at Oakman and McDonald Elementary Schools. The best part of my job is instilling the love of reading to the students, and teaching them how use information and technology!<\/p>\n<p>I have been married for 24 years, and am a mom of three. I have an 18 year old son, an 18 year old daughter (twins), and a 16 year old daughter. I also have two wonderful parents and mother-in-law!
